MACKEREL
Mackerel is a seasonal favourite, available fresh throughout the summer, thanks to direct landings from day boats using line-caught methods. During the winter, our pelagic fleet braves the icy seas to bring in Mackerel from colder waters, ensuring a consistent supply of this rich, oily fish known for it’s nutritional value.
FLATFISH
We provide a selection of premium Flatfish, such as Megrim, Witch, Lemon Sole, and Plaice, all carefully graded and packed to meet specific customer needs. These products are popular due to their delicate flavour and versatility and remain a staple for both retail and foodservice markets.
MOLLUSCS
Our Molluscs range features Periwinkles and Squid, with Squid standing out as a customer favourite. We take pride in offering these high-quality products that are perfect for a variety of dishes, satisfying customer demand with each delivery.
